Time to start seeing what we've got with Hundley. It'd be nice to do the same with Don Jackson, but he's out of it. Get Janis some reps, maybe Trevor Davis. Get some of these young guys going on D too.

Who knows, someone might even add a spark.

They will never trade him so Aaron work on his stats.

The defense is so bad it won't hurt their draft position.

Yes, it's all over but the crying.
Even if some "miracle" happened, and we made the playoffs, it would be one and done against ANY half way decent team.
But to sit Rodgers? I say no. Make him suffer along with the rest of the team!!!🤣

I actually kind of liked tolzien before we let him go ... but still favor rodgers ... anyways ... Im not really that mad this year at the team (when I usually would be) ... more disappointed.

Since our defense has some guys banged up, maybe our QB will get interested in ball control. And i dont mean getting time of possession by holding the ball for 8 seconds every time.

That went out the window with Lacy's injury. If the new guy we got works out, that will be the most important acquisition we could have made this year. Our defense needs to be off the field as much as possible, so ball control --- running the ball effectively and making first downs is critical.

Mucky Tundra (30-Jan) : Now that's a thought, maybe they're looking at the college ranks? Maybe not head coaches but DC/assistant DCs with league experience?
beast (30-Jan) : College Coaches wouldn't want that publicly, as it would hurt recruiting and they might not get the job.
beast (30-Jan) : I thought they were supposed to publicly announce them, at least the NFL ones. Hafley was from college, so I believe different rules.
Mucky Tundra (30-Jan) : Who knows who they're interviewing? I mean, nobody knew about Hafley and then out of nowhere he was hired
beast (30-Jan) : I wonder what's taking so long with hiring a DL coach, 2 of the 3 known to interview have already been hired elsewhere.

beast (23-Jan) : I wonder why the Jets always hire defensive coaches to be head coach
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Still HC positions available out there. I wonder if Hafley pops up for one
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Trent Baalke is out as the Jaguars GM.
dfosterf (22-Jan) : Jeff Hafley would have been a better choice, fortunately they don't know that. Someone will figure that out next off season
