Aaron Rodgers has not lost? He's thrown 20 touchdowns to 5 interceptions with a quarterback rating of 96.1. He can definitely make better decisions, but to say he lost is basically announcing to the world, regardless of statistics, you just don't understand the quarterback position.

What Aaron needs is his coach to grow a pair of balls and tell him to take what is there, take what the defense is giving you.

You don't think that after how many years as a Pro QB he doesn't know that, that he needs the head coach to tell him that. If he is the leader he needs to lead and not rely on someone else to tell him what he needs to do. If Rodgers needs McCarthy to tell him to take what the defense is giving you then Mike McCarthy is the leader of this team and not Aaron Rodgers. A leader who needs someone else to tell him what to do is not a leader.

That's what prompted my response.

If Rodgers is the leader of this team he is not playing like it. If MM is the leader of this team he is not coaching like it. If Ted Thompson is the leader he is not GMing like it. In fact it doesn't look to me like anyone is the leader of this team. I had written more to the point that I agree with you that Aaron has not lost it skill wise and perhaps I should have left that in there but obviously you think Aaron is doing something wrong since you think its up to MM to tell him to do it differently. I just don't see why a player who is supposed to be HOF and MVP worthy needs anyone to tell him how to play unless he is so full of himself that he refuses to acknowledge the fact he is doing something wrong.

The bottom line is if you think Aaron needs to change and you think he is the leader of this team he shouldn't need someone else to grow a pair.
