So Ty, Davante and Randall all go for 10+ receptions and over 100yds (Ty combined).

You are the Falcons DC.

Do you now double team one or 2 of those guys or do you continue to double team Jordy?

Hopefully in the next 10 days The Packers come up with some kind of a resemblence of a running game.

I'm not worried at all about Jordy, his time is coming.

Just like in 2011 - 2014 it was always "be ready" depending on matchups it may be YOUR day.

Until the run game comes together The Packers may have to turn almost exclusively to the passing game.

This will work until the weather changes, then they will need a run game.

Until then.......BRING ON THE BIG 5!!!!!!!

Jackson has 10 days to let the swelling in his hand go down. He should go see Dr Hou on Military Ave, like Bubba Franks and the guys used to do back in the day. Either way, as long as its not broken, Don will be ready by the playoffs. One of those guys has to step up.

Put Jordy at slot and let him run some slants and seam routes. He's a possession guy right now. In fact i suspect his knee is tweaked. Either he needs to get confidence in it or he bumped it and it's sore. If its sore, sit him and let him get right.

We need a tall guy with speed to stretch the D on the outside. Candidates are Davante, Montgomery, Davis and Janis. Someone has to step up here too.

Cook should be back within the next monthh or so.

Seems to me, we've discussed this issue many times with the consensus of the PH boys siding with the GM saying Jordy IS a number one receiver, bar none. LOL

I would say until their contracts run out.
The Packers are not in any type of cap trouble.
If anyone wouldn't have a problem restructuring, I would place my money on Jordy.
He made every Agent in the world cringe when he said he would never be able to spend all the money he signed for.

As far as young guys, they now know coming in how much they are going to make their 1st 3 or 4 years, Jordy proved himself as did Randall.
They only need to look at their success and the money they are now earning to keep working to be the best they can.

Anyway, the Packers have big decisions this offseason with contracts. TJ Lang, Perry, Tretter, Datone Jones, all need to get paid. And we have several veterans whose production no where meets their paychecks.

You just always gave credit to Rodgers but look what happened there.

That's like having Phillip Rivers as your QB and being mad at your GM for not getting another QB as good as Aaron Rodgers.

You may be confusing me with someone else on that 2nd part though as I've never made any excuses for Jordy or Cobb this season or last, in fact I've been in favor of giving some of their snaps to others. Cobb looks to be coming around though.

Right now we've got some guys to put out there, before we need to go to such lengths. When's the trade deadline anyway?

To me it is absolutely ridiculous not to load up the offense to give Rodgers the weapons he needs to get this team to the Super Bowl again. He isn't young anymore like in 2010 when they rode his talent all the way. I guess 2 playoff games is all we'll get every year, and watch the other team in the NFC that did load up play in the Super Bowl.

Like I've said many times, we've watched this movie before.
