Eddie Lacy and Aaron Ripkowski are the only running backs set to play for the Packers against the Cowboys on Sunday afternoon and it looks like it may be that way for a little while longer if the Packers don't make a roster move. Jay Glazer of FOX Sports reports that running back James Starks...

Well if they're going to keep Starks on the roster like some are projecting... then do you add another RB?

If yes... who do you release?
You can only keep so many players that are missing a month of time... and it's starting to add up for the Packers... Shields, Cook and now Starks? Some suggested MM was upset because he lost QB Callahan.

If no... then what happens if/when Lacy gets banged up? or needs a breather? Should we switch one of the WRs to full time RB?

I'm not sure how they don't sign someone or promote Don Jackson after this.

Potential option?

Raiders FB/RB/offensive weapon Marcel Reece is available... Patriots/Jets have looked at him. While he's mainly been a FB/TE tweener offensive weapon, he has been used as a RB as well...

and also Reece's versatile role in Oakland reminds me of how I'd like the Packers to use Rip... and I'm disappointed that the Packers didn't really even try Rip in the RB role. I don't understand that.
