they switched to 4-3 from the 3-4. i *think* the switch was made when Harbaugh was hired as head coach, which was just this past season.

Ravens actually run both. They have both 3-4 and 4-3 sets. Not sure if they are trying to switch or just like the flexibility.

I know Ray Lewis wants (or wanted) a 4-3..... really he wants a 5-2.... he thought he could play with anybody in coverage and tackling if they just kept the blockers off of him.

But I've seen 3-4 all the times I've seen the Ravens. I've seen some 4-3 on some plays too but mostly 3-4.

Every LB wants MORE guys on the DL lol ... c'mon that's a given. More DL less blockers hitting them.

I dont want any free agents this off season. With all the franchised players it has raised the market value way up there and we would be over paying for anyone right now.

Omar Kelly, of the South Florida SunSentinel, reports the Miami Dolphins may be interested in Pittsburgh Steelers impending free-agent CB Bryant McFadden if he does not re-sign with the Steelers before the start of free agency.


Could be interesting to look at. Any time you can get a defensive player from the Ravens or Steelers i say go for it, he is used to the 3-4 system.

Didn't Jenkins say he spoke out and said he's talk to Barnett and another LB (Bishop maybe?) and that were looking forward to getting another LB on the field?

Also Jenkins said he's not overly excited about it after seeing Corey Williams do bad in a 3-4 defense.....
