Yes, Kevin Harlan is a radio broadcaster during the season for Westwood One radio. Someone synced the television cast with the radio cast.

Is it just me, or do radio announcers seem to be better than tv announcers? To me it just seems like tv announcers have so many different options on how to present the info and feel that they need to showoff the different things they can do... and their pure announcing gets worse because of it.

I guess what I'm saying is...

Dear TV announcers - shut up and just call the game!


Instead of a weekly color rush uniforms - the NFL should try weekly radio announces calling tv games
You don't see them, as the cameras focus never leaves the playing field (other than maybe halftime/end of the game/serious injury on the field that they don't want to show people at home)

harlan is awesome, you never hear a announcer tv or radio give a description like that, it shows he has a great sense of humor and bored to death with a sf 28-0 snoozefest !!
