I think Sam Barrington introduced (ultimately) his replacement.

Time for Blake and Joe although Blake and Jake sounds better. Time for Blake and Jake! Looks like ILB will be a thinner position group and they'll be more hybrid in their approach this year. I like where this is going and wish Sam all the best!

It's so funny how guys like Barrington will get defended on forums when they're actually starting. Just because you start for the Green Bay Packers doesn't mean you're not terrible. Barrington was terrible. The ILB position over the years has been brutal. It's still pretty poor but Martinez and Thomas are relatively speaking an upgrade. Hard to believe either is a starter for an NFL team, really.

Actually think Burnnett is going to be playing a lot of ILB this season. Why else keep 6 safeties?

IE: Cut Marwin Evans now and he very well could get claimed in waivers for tomorrow. Cut him after noon tomorrow and he's most likely making it to your PS.
