I understand what you're thinking but there's no contradiction. It was very quickly known Romo's exact injury. Heard local TV guy say exactly what it was last night.

As to Aaron, nobody knew the extent of his issue and that's why nobody knew when he was coming back. So, in essence, Aaron's injury was akin to Kenny's as to reporting. Yes, we knew collar bone for Aaron and back for Kenny but we didn't know extent of either.
