Corey Linsley first tore his hamstring during organized team activities in May.

How does this have anything to do with the training staff? Linsley did this to himself. Nobody knows his body better than he does.

Do we need to strap lie detectors to players when asked by trainers how they are feeling? Do we need to hire babysitters to follow him 24/7 so he doesn't hurt himself again.

The world needs ditch diggers too Danny!!!

It's not like this team hasn't had more than it's share of injuries. And career ending injuries.

Every team is going to have players with hammy problems. We're nothing special.

Yeah blame the training staff. Not like Linsley isn't a grown man who has been training his body for most of his life. There is nobody to blame but Linsley himself.

It's easy to overdo it in the gym, especially when they're working out on their own. It's a learning experience for a lot of people.

As Darkane already stated, this kind of stuff happens to ALL teams. We just don't pay much attention to it when it doesn't involve OUR guys.
Football is a violent sport, and even working out for it causes strain on muscles that aren't created to handle that kind of stress over and over.
Look at the injury to Jordy last preseason. No one even HIT him, and he tore up his knee. If he had been hit, you might understand that kind of injury. But it just happened that he landed wrong or turned wrong, and WHAM! Out for the year.

Plus no one's body is indestructible. These ACL injuries and many others are directly related to overuse over many years. It's cumulative.

Put him on the PUP list, and shut him down. Tretter is a better center anyway. Moving on!
