You may have heard that Tom Brady of the New England Patriots is going to miss the first quarter of the NFL regular season over an alleged PSI issue of his balls. This makes way for Jimmy Garoppolo to start those four games. This has brought upon a lot of questions and quite honestly, Bill Belichick handles it awesomely! Besides being one of the greatest football minds ever, I admire his approach to reporters. Case in point.

Today Belichick grew annoyed being asked over and over about Brady and then was asked "What happens if Jimmy Garoppolo plays better?" and Belichick responded with "Look, I told you what's going to happen", meaning that Brady would start the 5th game of the season. The reporter followed up with "So there's no ..." and Belichick shook his head and under his breath says "Jesus Christ".

I love it!!!

I don't want Smokey to get all bent out of shape here so I'm going to tie this in with the Packers right quick. 😁

Let's say Aaron Rodgers was suspended for four games and Brett "Future HOF QB for Packers" Hundley is forced to start those four games. How would you feel if Mike McCarthy were to respond similar to how Belichick did to that same line of questioning?

DISCLAIMER: While I admire Belichick's no bull approach, I do believe he could be more respectful towards reporters. I think a little smirk while muttering "Jesus Christ" would have been better than a disgusted annoyed "Jesus Christ". Know what I'm saying?!?

It would never happen in GB. Aaron is the quentesental "Packer People".
Coach Mikey and or TeddyT would fumble and bumble to a nonsensical non answer response.

I'm not saying Hundley is replacing ARodg, just that I don't see why we should assume it couldn't happen.

That's saying it did happen, not whether it would or not. It's not that damn hard to understand.

Please clarify where I have missed that as my reading comprehension skills are sorely lacking. Because when I read your quoted portion, that's articulating the delivery of the answer, not offering your opinion on how you'd feel if McCarthy responded like Belichick.

dfosterf (4-May) : Google it. Make sure to tack NFL on it or you will get the military meaning
Zero2Cool (4-May) : S2?
beast (4-May) : Seems like the S2 has a love/hate relationship with professional scouts.
beast (4-May) : In theory, the S2 test how quickly a QBs brain can solve game like issues and how quickly they can do it.
dfosterf (4-May) : Are you gentlemen and at least one lady familiar with the S2 cognition
Zero2Cool (4-May) : Maybe there isn't an issue.

Mucky Tundra (27-Apr) : Cowboys 1st round pick Tyler Booker will indeed be bringing his pet turtle to Dallas with him
Mucky Tundra (27-Apr) : that contained all prospects info and contact
Mucky Tundra (27-Apr) : beast, according the Falcons statement Jax came across it on an ipad. If I had to guess, probably an open spread sheet or something
