Some things he said was

Said the players he talked to seemed to be excited about change, he is excited to get on the field and see what they can do

Said he liked "experienced" players ( I don't know if he means some free agents 's or something )

Capers was asked what he thinks of MM said he respects MM and think he is a good offensive mind and was impressed with what he did 2 years ago when we went 13-3

Was also asked about offense, if he had to game plain vs our offense he said he thinks we have good WRs depth and our offense is explosive

Talked a lot about communication, the announcers did too ( Harry sidney and Chris Havel were the radio people the radio people said that it might be good to have former players as coaches we have two former player coaches that played for him because they can relate from past experiences and know what is expected, and kind of know the language he speaks.

Said the 1st priority is stop the run.

Also said have to be flexible and have the best 11 players on the field, and be able to make adjustments

Said while he was a headcoach he was on the sideline but other then that he liked the press box and he will be in the Press Box during games, said he likes it better and can see possible adjustments better

Hmmm....interesting. I like that he said he likes experience, and that he thinks our offense is explosive.

And I agree that you would get a better view from the press box. Birds eye view vs. standing on the sideline beside everything, I would take birds eye.

I liked the bit where he said the 1st priority is to stop the run. That will give us a clue about our draft priorities. We want guys who can shed blocks and stop the RB.

if the 1st prioity is to stop the run it must be a space eating Nose tackle 1st pick

I'm really hoping we grab Brian Orakpo he is just a beast very quick around the edges and extremely strong.

He could also play OLB on first and second down and for passing downs he and kampmen can move up DE

Then put Chillar and Hawk on the outside with bishop and Barnnett Inside

Sorry, but I don't know what they could do getting double teamed, trying to rush the passer. Just a 3 man rush?

And I think it's important to get pressure on the QB, and to do that, I think they need to be rushing from the OLB spot.
