Rodgers and McCarthy reportedly showed signs of a strained relationship beneath the surface, and there was even a persistent storyline that McCarthy had finally grown weary of Packers general manager Ted Thompson’s steadfast penchant for not partaking in free agency in favor of building Green Bay’s roster through the draft and capitalizing on undrafted finds. Alas, only winning big will make all that noise go away in 2016.

The problem with Mike is he's too wound up to go for the kill. The problem with Aaron is he wants to run the show.

I guess The Packers should go the route The Eagles took

Fire the HC who took them to the playoffs year after year, including 4 straight NFC title games and 1 SB.

Hire a College coach who spends the next 3 years proving what most already knew, The College game does not work in the NFL, then watch as he blames everyone but himself for the teams failure .

I'm sure Andy Reed and The Chief fans appreciate what The great minds of The Eagles did.

Maybe the Packers should just listen to DakotaT, go buy themselves a Megatronlike receiver, get players who actually fit their positions in a 3-4 defense, draft some O-lineman that can run block just as well as they pass block; and then let their All Pro Quarterback lead them to more titles.

Oh yeah, they already fucked all that up so we must continue down this road of frustration.
