I really like this and think more teams should follow suit. As the article states, the rookies started training after their last game for the combine and pro days and also been flying all over the Country for interviews. That takes a damn toll on you regardless of how young you are.
If you provide a solid foundation for your young men, it will only help them and inherently, your team in the future.
Do you agree with this approach or think it is hogwash?
