They'll line him up in the backfield and get him the ball in the flat, with some open field blocking ahead of him. Kind of get the feeling Mike wants to experiment with speed. Also seems to me they want to challenge Janis.

so do 253 other guys drafted in the past 3 days and a bunch more who will be signed over the next few. Every guy Ted signs has me hoping for the best and I was expecting a WR to be taken sometime this weekend but I'm not getting excited over this guy yet.A very superficial look at this pick tells me the Packers are expecting more from Janis on offense this year and they may want him off the kick return duties. Assuming all our injured WRs return at full strength my guess is Adams or Abbredaris will be odd man out. My money is on Abbredaris. Then again we all may be reading too much into the big picture. It could be that Ted and Mike have no special plans for this guy and he was just a player that they really liked at that spot and they will let the chips fall where they may.
