There's only one thing that gets me as excited as I am for opening day of football it's the Great American Race :thumbleft: It's tougher watching at home after being there last year but I'm still pumped. Normally I pull for Jimmie Johnson but I wouldn't mind if Mark Martin won today

Nascar... the most boring sport by far. I'd prefer to watch curling.

Just thought I'd share that.

i find curling strangely interesting too.

there are lots of people who are bored with nascar. "another left turn!"... if you recognize that they are driving inches from one another at nearly 200 mph (that's about 320 kilometers per hour)... i don't know if there is any other sport as "exciting" as NASCAR.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I like racing in general, but I just find Nascar boring.

I think it might have something to do with this is yet another untelivised sport over here and I don't have a favorite or anything.

I am, however, a big Formula 1 fan. Nothing better than seeing the F1 cars racing in Monaco.

The dumb mistake was blocking him in front of the field. I like Vickers, but that was lame. You block someone and get spun out and then whine about it? Don't block someone then, fool.

Typical Jr whinning again. Maybe if he would learn how to drive he could win some races. His daddy is dead so now he is going off the potential of being a good driver. Vickers makes a block and Jr gets mad and spins him out, thats class. Btw a driver did that same thing yesterday (spun a guy out that blocked him) and he got penalized 5 laps. So quit your whinning JR.

Oh ya "my tire was only on the line by an inch or 2 they shouldn't have penalized me.

I guess maybe they are re writing the Nascar rule book now for JR seeing everyone knows they have 3 sets of rules:

1) one used by nascar
2) ones used by the drivers
3) and ones for drivers named Earnhardt

lol
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

Watch the replay of the accident. It wasn't intentional. Although I'd have done it on purpose. Dale Jr was being run into the grass, got bumped, recovered and during the recovering bumped Vickers out of control. From the replays I seen. It didn't look like it was on purpose. Dale Jr is not that kind of a driver to endanger others on a race track like that.

His reasoning was that all the signs are pink and he wasn't paying attention. At first he was making an excuse, then he owned up that he fucked up. It was kind of funny. I was like dude you missed it, just admit it. Then he did lol

Man was I pissed. I don't mind Kenseth but the rain shortened races are a croc. I was just glad I wasn't there this year. The best part of the day was the new Digger cartoon. I've had that song in my head all day. LOL
