The team hasn't shown itself enough committed to dominance, on either side of the line. It just hasn't.
I don't know if it is Capers, the position coaches, McCarthy, Thompson, scheme, player quality, player execution, or what.
But year after year, I hope for a team striving for dominance. Not a team with the attitude that "we need to improve." Not a team with the attitude that"we are going to be better." Not a team with the attitude that "we are going to be good enough." But a team that insists it is going to be dominant and destructive of the other team's will.
Oh well.
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
