Okay, my understanding is that the record for consecutive NFL starts is Jim Marshal with 270. With Favre's 16 straight starts as a Jet, he's up to 271.

Am I missing something? Did Favre NOT break this? If he did, why didn't we [or ... ahem, I] hear anything about it?

Jeff Feagles holds the record for consecutive games played, with 336.

And yes, Jim Marshall holds the record for consecutive starts with 270.
