THIS is the Richard Rodgers I've been predicting. Maybe it's just the turf that helps him get that extra 1/8 of a step, but I hope this sparks him.

I feel like RR can do this on a regular basis, but he needs to stop pressing. Just relax and get into the zone dude.

He needs to drop a little weight. With those hands they need him to be more of a receiver than a blocker type. He's still a possession type guy though.

You wanna know the secret to his game? You wanna know why he did so well today? Earlier this morning I cut him from my fantasy team after having him since draft day. He got 22.6 points in our PackersHome fantasy league.

And one day he will break a tackle and ....

It's all about the OL as Texas says, just give him those 20 seconds....

He is what he is, a plodder with good hands, and a decent blocker. He also has a quarterback that likes him and keeps giving him opportunities. Great game for him tonight.

I think what helped him out this game was they had him run more vertical routes/turned him upfield quicker this game. The dude's no burner and they had him running horizontal routes out of the backfield a lot this season and we saw the results: a lot of short passes and him hitting the turf right away. With his frame and hands, he's definitely got the ability to be a red zone target/possession TE as along as there's another receiver/TE going vertical to stretch the D.
