Isn't it kind of funny that Rodgers is calling out other players for not preparing for the games right, but wasn't it him that didn't want to play the preseason? I guess he did learn some things from old #4 and thats how to be a diva and try and run the team. Except he has Uncle Teddy covering his ass.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

Maybe the guys will all take it to heart, and they'll rally around Aaron for a SB comeback victory!

We really need to stop getting so butt hurt over every word uttered or not said in public. I'm guessing that outside of the 20 minutes of the week he has a mic in his face he has private conversations with teammates and coaches. I'm guessing this message has been delivered privately and is warranted. We extrapolate so much from one of thousands of sentences people say in a week.

Did he call out anyone in particular? Was he over the top?

I'm not kissing his ass, but good grief we're way too sensitive about this stuff.

HOWEVER.. I do agree with you that Aaron is not the same humble young man who arrived in Green Bay so many years ago from California. I think he needs a check up from the neck up. I feel he needs to be more accountable for his own performance, and he needs to get his head out of the "I Have No Jordy Syndrome."

Actually, though, I've found that as I age my crabbiness gets more intense on some things (e.g., my job; higher ed in general; historical ignorance), but much less on others: politics in general, for example; the lack of female companionship or much of a social life; the lack of material wealth. Even my "OL OL OL" complaints have been relegated mostly to March and April.

Of course mine may be a function of strengthening faith. The more I realize that it is the next life with God that matters, the less I seem to be crabby about the way we have effed up this one.

Sorry, I know we're supposed to keep God to Random Babble/Back Alley, but .... actually, I'm not sorry. See Deuteronomy 6:5; Matthew 22:37; Mark 12:30; Luke 10:27.

😝 😝 😎

If everyone would own their mistakes and work on them - this kind of crap wouldn't be a weekly topic. I have gotten to the point of expecting inferior teams to beat us. If your missed opportunities cost you double digit points - you are going to have a hard time winning. We can just hope that the guys will rise to the occasion, but I have a hard time believing that they will.
