I think Alshon Jeffrey will play, But Martellus Bennett will be out. Matt Forte is supposed to be available, but he’s banged up. And of course, there’s alway Jay Cutler.
Cutler’s actually played well of late. We’ll have to do something about that. Over/under on Cutler interceptions is 2.5.
When the Packers told the league they didn’t want to have to keep going to Detoilet every Thanksgiving, because it held and unfair advantage for the home team, I bet they didn’t intend to be scheduled for the Bears on Thanksgiving instead, then to go to Detroit the next Thursday. Pretty lame if you ask me.
The Packers should win this one fairly easily.
WHAT TO LOOK FOR: First of all, let’s see this team put another team away. They need to show they’re not gonna just let shitty teams hang around all the time. Get some killer instinct, bitches.
Second of all, Aaron needs to pull his head out of his ass and start getting it done. So does Cobb.
Most of the team pulled their heads out last week, including the defense, but also a number of offensive players, chiefly Eddie Lacy. Richard Rodgers showed something, Davante Adams, James Jones, hell even Jeff Janis made a couple huge plays. (Explosive rookie Ty Montgomery and steady veteran Andrew Quarless remain sidelined.)
The Packers need to keep that going to show they’re building momentum for the playoffs. And Aaron needs to get right. Aaron Rodgers and Randall Cobb. If that happens, good things will follow.
The Bears give up a ton of rushing yards, so look for plenty of Eddie Lacy.
