I don't mind winning ugly once in a while, and I realize we are banged up on the offensive line and Lacy, but our offense has to move the ball better than today.

That game was so fun to watch! Our defense is looking real good. Great situational football. Undefeated feels great.

It is nice to see our D showing up in the hilights for good reasons, unlike the past few years. If we had seen the same D from the past few years - this would not have been a win. It is encouraging to see others step up when things aren't going as usual - THIS is what separates great teams from the rest. I am just glad to see they can win without having to put up 30+ points every week.

The way the offense played today, this is probably a game we would have lost a couple years ago. It's nice knowing 12 can have an off day, and the defense and special teams can step up and make plays when needed. I think a lot of people put too much emphasis on QB play and why Manning gets such flack for a bad playoff record because he carried a lot of average Colt teams and ran up against good defenses come the playoffs year in and year out. Honestly, a lot like Favre in the second half of his career.

I do think the bye week is coming at a good time. If we can eek out a win next week against San Diego, we've got a chance to get some guys healthy for the second half of the season. People were talking up our lack of vertical game today, but I think getting Adams back will definitely help that some given this team is already playing without it's #1 receiving threat for this entire 5-0 run so far.

1 Forced Fumble, 3 Sacks and 4 INTs and held an NFL offense to just 10 points.

Packers have given up 13 points in the last two games. I know we can't expect that every game but that's not shitting one play...
