Which one do you think was a more impressive regular season undefeated record? Obviously, majority will say the Dolphins overall season was more impressive because they won the Super Bowl.

But, which regular season record was more impressive, considering the time and free agency, depth of rosters, etc.

I wasn't born yet during the '72 run, but as I think that was phenomenal, I believe the '07 Patriots conquered a larger quest in going undefeated through the regular season than did the '72 Dolphins.

What do you think and why?

The times are so different, the game is so different.
It's like comparing apples to oranges. Both are fruit, but thats where the comparison ends.
I think with todays FA, it's harder to build a constant winner. So i would say the 2007 Pats because they have not been a one year wonder, but have stayed at or close to the top.
But then again, like Fin said......they also cheat.
So that makes me give it to the 72 Dolphins.
