One of my two-year-olds is sitting on my lap, munching on a carrot, and saying, "Dad . . . football. Dad . . . football!" What am I supposed to tell the poor kid?

Just don't let him watch more then 3 minutes of the game, or that would be considered child abuse.

I used to take my boys out with a football and have them run routes and dive in the snow till they wanted to go in and have a hot chocolate.

Ah....fond memories. Playing football in the snow when i was a kid. Making diving catches into big drifts.
Thank you for bringing that up......i had forgot about me and my friends doing that when we were kids.
