Seahawks' Carroll questions ruling on pivotal play

Fuck this bitch.

Remember after the Fail Mary, how him and Wilson wouldn't stfu about how they earned that win? Now they get a loss they truly deserve and he's acting like a pissy little girl.

At this press conference Carroll actually said, “I’m not a guy who gripes about stuff.” What a D-bag, LOL

Yet, 4 times at different points of his press conference he “griped” about the Elliot fumble after INT.

He danced several times dance about on the field like a childish spoiled debutante w/ a hot foot that didn’t get enough toys for Christmas protesting calls; that were right BTW.

And the killer was his griping about KJ Wright being tossed: “They got tangled up, went to the ground and hard, one of those standoffs where they’re both holding each other and they decided to throw our guy out, I didn’t see it...talked to KJ about it...he was disappointed that it happened he didn’t want to get in that situation at all.”

Carroll rehearsed what he was going to say after the loss, he said this twice: “It’s a big win for those guys after all the storylines.” He’s portending to be a good sport, but reminding everyone of the last several Seahawk wins.

Carroll is simply classless.

I wondering where the 3 of 4 flags that should have been thrown for Seattle players piling on were? If they are going to penalize for pulling a player off, they should for those who dive into a scrum for a fumble also.

Please PC. Even after our defense fell asleep in the third quarter and handed your team the lead, you still didn't do enough to put the Packers away. Elliot was down by contact and then had the ball ripped away from him. The right call was made. Packers fans complained plenty in 2012 about the #failmary, but at the end of the day, it ended up being a W for you. Now that a call went against you, you whine it cost you the game. Karma sucks sometimes, but hey, I'd more worry about being 0-2 to start the season in what is shaping up to be a pretty competitive NFC West. Arizona isn't going to roll over and die like they did last year running out a third string QB to finish the season as long as they can keep Palmer healthy.

Wilson should have been flagged for intentional grounding and although likely correct, the Jones TD is tough to overturn. It goes both ways.

As others have said, STFU. Nothing in this game came remotely close to failmary, so deal with it PC.

Not sure what they're complaining about. These fumble scrums that have one team getting the ball but the other team emerges from the pile with it happen happen all the time. And it's obvious what happens everytime: the refs sees the team recover, they make it known, the other team in desperation strips the ball out in the piles (always a nightmare) and act slighted.

Honestly, if you read what Carroll is saying (and not what he's implying)... Carroll is just agreeing with something I've said during the I've said it in the earlier games...

This week the refs as a whole were VERY slow at blowing the plays dead which lead to a number of players to keep playing even after the ball carrier was on the ground but before the refs blew the play official dead.

There was just some ridiculous moments, where the play should of been called dead but wasn't so some the players kept playing... the one that sticks out in my head the most was Cowboys TE Witten caught a pass and was wrapped up and pushed backwards, clearly his forward progress had been stopped, but he was never dropped to the ground and the refs didn't blow the play dead. So one of the Eagles DL or OLB came from the line all the way to Witten and hit/tackled Witten.

The refs turned around and threw a yellow flag on the Eagles player for a late hit.... BUT really that wasn't on the player, and that wasn't a late hit based on when the whistle was blown because it was blown very very late. That hit (like a couple of other this weekend) was clearly on the refs not blowing plays dead when they're dead but waiting a while and assuming the players known it's over...

Since it happened across a number of NFL games, I'm guessing the NFL told the refs to not be quick on blowing the plays dead or something. But in some cases that was good, in other cases that lead to a lot of extra activities which didn't count for nothing... which is what Carol is verbally (in words) complaining about... the refs didn't blow the play dead when it was dead, so there was a of extra activities (which the Seahawks won in the pile) but didn't count because the play was dead.

Now he's implying it should of count... now I disagree there... the ref should of blown the play dead when it was dead.

And someone is bound to get a serious back injury with some of these players coming in late and bending the runner back. I hold my breath every time. I hate it.

Martha Careful (25-Apr) : No thanks. Not a dependable guy to be in the right place and run the right route. Dumb as a box of rocks.
Zero2Cool (25-Apr) : Losing 2nd round pick for a one year rental, not ideal. Especially a headcase.
TheKanataThrilla (25-Apr) : Pickens for Jaire may be interesting. Definitely not sure we want Pickens long term.
