Cowboys are #1 at $4 billion dollars as well as being the most valuable sports franchise in the world. Packers come in at #10 in the NFL at $1.95 billion.

Rest of the division:

Chicago Bears #8 - $2.45 billion
Minnesota Vikings #18 - $1.59 billion
Detroit Lions #30 - $1.44 billion

The McCaskey's are pretty damn lucky for a franchise that hasn't really done much winning since their last Super Bowl appearance in '06 to still be ranked that high. Packers continue to be a revenue generation machine for the NFL's smallest market on paper, but they're pretty much a state wide business and appeal as well as a national draw.

The only value that is remotely close is the Packers because they are the only team with their books publicly accessible. No other franchise has their books available so these lists are just as amusing as the Pro Bowl for me.

Speaking of which, I think all of Jerry's kids work for the company, so it's a family business, if Jerry sold the team then where would the kids work/play? And who knows, maybe even his grandkids... if any of them are old enough to work.
