Who doesn't already know.

GREEN BAY, Wis. – Matt Forte. Marshawn Lynch. Jamaal Charles.

This could get ugly early.

Or – and this is a big or – it just might show that the Green Bay Packers' run defense isn't the Swiss cheese it was last season.

The first three running backs that Dom Capers' defense must face this year have been among the NFL's most productive over the last three seasons. The Chicago Bears' Forte, first up in Sunday's regular-season opener at Soldier Field, ranks sixth among all NFL backs in rushing yards over the last three seasons with 3,471 yards.

We cleaned that up to some degree when Clay moved inside last year. Hopefully that will continue.

Haven't been overly impressed with Raji this TC.

I have no reason to believe we will see any other Raji than what we have seen the between 11-14. I'd love to see the Raji of 2010 again, I just refuse to hold my breath. One thing that will piss me off is if either Gaston or Pennell get released when Cheech gets back from suspension.

Everything about our defense makes me extremely nervous. Sunday cannot come soon enough. I'd love to see this defense step it up and make a statement.

One thing is for certain, though, I sure wish we would have gone after Julius Peppers before he signed with Chicago - cause we missed the best of his years - and he's still very good.

i think stopping the run as a whole isnt the problem, i think letting a back blowup the dee on a huge play is where the problem lies sounds weird but they seem to give up that huge run at least once or twice a game all the time, gotta get consistant effort all game long !!

If the run D is improved I'm leaning toward Pennell being a bigger reason why over Raji

I don't think you have to worry about Pennel as he's current listed as a starter... so even when Cheech and Chong get back Pennel should be in the top 5 of the DL (or higher).

beast (30-May) : Yeah, and I enjoyed your comments and just attempted to add to it. Sorry if I did it incorrectly.
wpr (30-May) : Beast I never said Henderson was the salt of the earth. Nor even that he was correct. Just quoting the guy.
Zero2Cool (29-May) : What did you do??
Zero2Cool (29-May) : Whoa
beast (29-May) : OMG the website is now all white, even some white on white text
beast (29-May) : Henderson, who admits to taking cocaine during the Super Bowl against the Steelers, might dislike Bradshaw as he lost two Superbowls to him
