They're airing all the practices every day this week on NFL Network, and the actual game is this saturday.

There are two teams, north and south. The south practice is coming on right now (5pm) and the north practice was at 10:30am this morning.

Just thought some of you might want to watch it.

I'm following the Senior Bowl for the website I write at.

That's an article I wrote for the first two days.

One of the featured prospects from the NFL Network's coverage of the Senior Bowl [... did I just use "the" three times already? ...] that caught my eye was Larry English.

It sounds like he has a good chance to land in the NFL as a 3-4 outside rusher (comparisons made to DeMarcus Ware, although English doesn't project THAT high).

Right now he projects to a 2nd round pick. Given our switch in defense, I'd think the Packers would at least take a look at him.
William Henderson didn't have to run people over. His preferred method was levitation.

You know what's frustrating with Larry English? The coaches aren't letting him play much standing up. All of his pass rushes have come from a three point stance. I want to see him stand up and rush the passer that way, but Cincinnati's coaches haven't given him that oppurtunity. It's very disappointing.

We will probably get to see him in the actual game from the standing position. It's Saturday at 6:30pm I think.

Also, I like the kid Ayers from Tennessee. ( I think that's his name. He wears #91 in the practices )

I just thought I'd let you know that you have a typo for Marcus Freeman...

Marcus Freeman, LB, Ohio State - Plays at good bad level and wraps up well. I thought he was the best in the linebacker drills.

I think you meant pad....

Couple of notes on players interviewing in Mobile with the Packers.. I sense a theme.. we already had reports of them sniffing around the 3 USC backers..

UConn's Cody Brown DE/OLB (Tweener with some pass rush ability)
LSU Darry Beckwith ILB - rated around the 3rd best interior backers
Cal's Zack Follett - OLB - Rated highly
Clemson James Davis, RB
Georgia - Mohamed Massaquoi, WR ;)

Not that it means a whole lot, but the linebacker theme is catching my eye.

Hey Foster... maybe all my rants about the backers and their play this season weren't that far off.
