For Packers' rookie linebackers Rasco, Vaughters opportunity is knocking

Two players revered for their football intelligence, Rasco and Vaughters are likely to play significant portions of the first exhibition game against New England as veterans rest and others heal. With many of their teammates on the mend — Hubbard, Jayrone Elliott, Clay Matthews and Mike Neal have all since returned — Thursday may be their best chance to lobby for a roster spot.

Rasco has the worst 1 on 1 percentage among our defenders. I think he has 1 win and 20 losses. Doesn't bode real well for him.

Vaughters was panned for being a statistical mirage in college. Have more hope for him than Rasco.

Will be great to see our new boys tomorrow night.
