reen Bay Packers cornerback Al Harris is heading to his second straight Pro Bowl.

Harris, an alternate in the voting in 2008 after going to his first Pro Bowl last year, has been named an injury replacement for Philadelphia's Asante Samuel. Samuel, whose Eagles lost last weekend in the NFC Championship Game, has a neck injury.

So, Harris, Woodson and Collins? Yet our defense sucked. Shows ya how much value to put into the Pro Bowl lol

Notice which positions they played. All DBs.

Yes, our D sucked. Teams knew that our DBs are good, so what did they do? They ran against us.

Notice - we were 12th in Passing D. But 26th in Rushing D. So anyone with common sense would say "hey, let's run against the Packers."

If you throw against us, we'll pick you off. But we allowed 130+ yards per game on the ground. That was our Achilles' Heel last year.

Back on topic - Congrats to Al! :thumbleft:

This makes me happy :)

He was arguably our best corner after he came back. Yes, Charles made the INTs, but Al never really got beat.

It helps that Al really didn't go against top flight talent this season. Unless you think Lance Moore is legit.

Maybe Al will recruit for us like Charles Woodson said he would.

And it's not like Al played against some lay off receivers. Lance Moore is actually a pretty good receiver by the way. Terrell Owens, Calvin Johnson, Andre Johnson, etc. are very good receivers. So I think it's safe to say that he has played against some pretty good receivers.

Im with Zero on this Al missed how many games and still got in, The Pro Bowl has become a joke. None of the stars even go to the game anymore.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

Zero2Cool (7-May) : beast, you're just one R from being voluptuous.
Zero2Cool (7-May) : And now some Packers blogger is like Doubs to Steelers makes sense!!!!
Zero2Cool (7-May) : You saw me Tweet???
