It's a little bit early to start worrying and getting negative. Just the same, Hayward does have a history of injuries. I wouldn't bet against either Randall or Rollins beating him out and playing more snaps during the season.

Big deal...he's going to miss OTA's and will be ready for training camp. I'm sure all this did is decrease his value in extending him, if we even desire to after what goes down this season with the newbies.

I find it encouraging that his ailments have went south from hamstring, down to foot. Maybe next season they will be gone!

At least it's not the hammy. Injuries are going to happen, missing OTAs isn't too big of a deal so I'm not worried about it ATM.

This. Obviously we'd prefer to hear he's healthy and participating but I'm not going to worry until he is sitting out training camp, if that happens. Lots of players across the league will sit this time of year with niggling ailments that they could play through if it were September through February. Not time to worry yet, just something to monitor.

Hopefully he can get 100% well. Foot injuries can take a long time to heal and can be easily aggravated.
