Even if the Packers matched the Dallas offer, Dallas would be the easy choice.
Why ?
(1) Better Weather
(2) No State tax in Texas
(3) A better social life for a black American (not a racial comment, but Dallas has a larger and more diverse population)

3 year deal 100% guaranteed.

Might turn out to be a steal, but could end up costing The Cowboys money that could be better spent elsewhere.

Will take 3 years to know.

To answer the original post, I hadn't heard anything but I doubt Ted Thompson would even look at this guy.

25 teams contacted him about signing, fairly sure GB did their due diligence here. It wasn't his kid and he passed a lie detector test.... frankly the man got shafted IMHO. This country is founded on innocent until proven guilty by a jury of your peers.

Unfortunately too many times the media and self righteous judgmental types grab something like this and run with it. Mt guess is GB at least inquired to his agent about signing etc. My two cents

beast (4-May) : Seems like the S2 has a love/hate relationship with professional scouts.
