Palmer and Bradford were moved to ILB in late training camp last year... I think Mike McCarthy was saying they'll remain their and not be moved back to OLB as they had 6 deep at OLB ahead of them (Matthews, Peppers, Neal, Perry, Mulumba and Elliott) ... thought Elliott might be passing Mulumba if he keeps improving.

Also I think the Tolzien exception is for him to play Safety (he's Sean Richardson size) which would then free up Hyde to be moved back to CB. :mrgreen:

I'm not sure why all the concerns about ILB.

According to our resident football geniuses, AJ Hawk sucked for the last 9 years and BRAD Jones was even worse for the last 3.

How hard can it be to replace them?

There is plenty of talent already on The Packers roster, and probably a draft pick or 2 on the way.

In Dom's 3-4 the ILB just need to hold their own and be assignment sure.

The defense is designed for the OLB's to make the splash plays.

Barrington is ready and whoever else will be fine.

So much worrying.

Only middle of March.
