This is the silliest thing I have ever read.
Coming from a guy who streams ILLEGAL games, posts the front page of numerous Wisconsin newspaper word for word (which is illegal) and uses it as a homepage, regulary posts cuts and paste articles with no attribution, and hasn't written a single original piece of work since this site's inception.
The biggest offender of copyright infringement and personal gain by theft is the original creator of this thread.
Sorry, whoever you are, I highly doubt you made more than a handful of those smilies if any at all.

Every article posted, you know the author and where it was from.
The streams contain the broadcasting channel's everything, including commercials. There are no advertisements from me on any website saying to come to this website to view the games. It is simply thought of as a way to watch the game with fellow friendly fans who are miles away. There is no financial benefit once so ever.

HERE to read a little history on how this website came about. This should also clear up your perception of me being paranoid at all. If people are here posting, wonderful, if not, it is only a hobby of mine that has taken off to a pretty neat level.
Why do you want a link for the smilies? The smilies we use came with the Dragonfly CMS or were in a package that does not require citation. The only smilies I produced myself were the heads in which I cropped from photos I found on the interwebz. No one stole our smilies, and if they did, oh well. They are free for public use, just as we obtained them.
By beef is when graphics I developed are being thieved without any citation or acknowledgment of where they came from. I understand many don't have the time or skills to make graphics and that is one reason why I am always willing to help those people out.
I'm saying, why steal from me when all you need to do is ask for a set of graphics instead?
I even admitted I was being a whiny bitch over nothing, geez dude. Ease up on the blasting. ;)
edit, ROFL ... So there was only three or so posts from the quoted member which peaked my interest. I checked those posts. There was this one and the others were attempts to flow traffic to their own website. I suppose it would only figure to be true that someone who blasts someone for not liking others stealing their custom graphics would be one of those who actually DID steal them. 😉
