Still expecting him to be resigned for 1-1.5 million. Unless we pick up a starting caliber ILB in FA and draft a starting quality ILB also, I don't see the team with the depth you would want at the position going into the season.

Exactly - I have the utmost respect for AJ Hawk the person. Yeah he was underwhelming as a player, but if you want an example of "Packer people" I don't know that you'll find a better one.

A few years ago I was at a Packer practice, and asked him to autograph a picture I had taken of him when he first became a Packer.
When he handed it back to me, I realized my marker was bad and you couldn't make out his signature very well. I asked him if he could signed it again, and he did. He was real cool about it. Most players won't give you the time of day, but he went the extra for me.
I'll always remember that.
