Never does the better team, score less points. Seattle did what it takes to win and Rodgers and the Packers didn't.
The world needs ditch diggers too Danny!!!

No they weren't the better team today. They were very fortunate Seattle turned the ball over so many times, and they had great field position on so many possessions. The offense was pretty bad, and they might have been shut out if it weren't for all those turnovers.

This is the best part of the article:

"the Packers will go at least five years between Super Bowl appearances despite arguably having the best quarterback in the NFL on their roster."

Nope...TT and MM are a dynamic combo and we should hail them getting extensions this year to keep us mired tiers below where we should be if we had the proper people in place with the games best QB.

Just beat Buffalo and Seattle never makes that kind of comeback in Lambeau. Insane missed opportunities. Hallmark of the MM.TT era.

Ted Thompson sits on his hands per former GM: "because they’ve had 25 fricking years of great quarterbacks. Of course it works. Try it without a special quarterback."

The Packer's defense dominated Seattle's offense, and the Packers offense did not maximize opportunities given them by our defense because Seattle has a very good defense. On special teams, we made huge mistakes.

This game was the packers to take, but we collapsed in all 3 phases right at the end.

STs: botched onside
Offense: cowardly 3/outs
Defense: could not even act as a speed bump.

I'm not sure what the right comparison for the McCarthy Era is right now. Maybe Holmgren had he stayed? Is he the offensive version of Tony Dungy? I do agree this era is underachieving. They need another Super Bowl to justify they weren't just a fluke in 2010. The reason they haven't gotten that second trophy seems to vary every year, in my opinion.
