Did you know the Packers had a players only meeting last night? The playoff captains did the talking and players said it was motivating.

Aaron Rodgers had the flu and also hurt his calf early in the game, so I suppose that was why he looked off. Rodgers acknowledged his calf is why he short hopped some passes.

Eddie Lacy's 44 yard TD was rumbling bumbling awesome!

Speaking of bumbling, someone should enter Datone Jones into some ballet classes before his next interception so he can run that beast all the way!

Anyone worried about Mason Crosby? Those kickoffs haven't seemed as powerful and his kicks are not going true down the middle anymore.

The Packers defense has not given up a touchdown in TWO games, what do you think about that?

How do you feel about this 20 to 3 win over the Buccaneers?

People were worked up about playoff captains...if what you said is true, it's one of the things I like about that idea. Have the players take ownership!

I didn't see the problem with selecting playoff captains. I don't recall many being worked up about it either. I'm sure some were though, I just must have ignored them lol.

Maybe the coaches should have a meeting for coaches only. They could possibly talk about when the running game is working, that they will not change it to a passing game. They should also talk about how they need to change the play calling when they are 1st and goal on the half yard line. Ever think about using a linebacker to be the lead blocker for Lacy or Kuhn?

It looked like a win by default to me.

We didn't do anything new they didn't do anything at all.

When the running game is eating clips of 6+ yards a pop, keep after it. Sprinkle in a pass here and there to keep the defense honest, just be run dominant.

Packers drafted Eddie Lacy with the idea of forcing teams to pull out of the two high safety and having one at the line of scrimmage. Got the RB, now its time to use him.

Some fans are bitching and moaning. We won by 17 on the road and covered the spread. We left a bunch of points on the field. Our Defense played great again. Hopefully they can step up next week when it really matters.

My only concerns from this game (not a new problem):

MM playcalling in the red zone and short yardage situations.
Still giving up big plays on 3rd and long.

dfosterf (25-Jun) : Because I was too lazy to change my address, I haven't voted fot years until this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41° weather last year in Baltimore because he felt “ice cold”
Zero2Cool (24-Jun) : Yawn. Rodgers says he is "pretty sure" this be final season.
