Considering the caliber of opposition, the Green Bay Packers’ special teams haven’t had a first quarter in years like the one they had Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles at Lambeau Field.

It was GR8 to see stellar special teams play from the Pack.
The Eagles return game had me concerned but the Pack held them in check.
Nice to see a punt returned for 6. We don't get to see that out of the Pack very often.
If only we could upgrade our kickoff return game.

[grin1]

Let's see if there isn't an improvement as the return team gets more chances.

I had to pick the damn Detroit game to be the one game I got to go to.

lol

Sure hope I get to go to Lambeau at some point.

Shouldn't be a reason for Cobb to go back to receive punts anymore.

Our returns and coverage were OK, punts and FGs left something to be desired.

LOL yeah ST was REAL great. That's a laugher.

Nice to see Hyde take one to the house, though. But even before the TWO missed extra points and the blocked punt, I was bitching about starting field position.

Mainly the fact that we were returning KOs to the 10, and they were returning them to the 30.

We haven't had much for kick returns this year though. I always hope they just take the touchback.

dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
