"I just see a lot of potential in him," Raji said recently. "I've been calling him a young — I don't want to put a lot of pressure on him by saying this — but I always called him like (Albert) Haynesworth. He has that build. He has an attitude to him, and he has ability."

Somehow, what a lazy underachieving NT has to say doesn't really get me too fired up. Comparing the guy to Haynesworth who was another lazy underachieving head stomping waste of space in a football sense discredits this even more.

Ted Thompson sits on his hands per former GM: "because they’ve had 25 fricking years of great quarterbacks. Of course it works. Try it without a special quarterback."

Pennell could only do better than Guion. I'd like to see him get some playing time, soon !

Coach McCarthy and his Staff decided that Pennell should be on the 53 man roster following TC. These professional football coaches believed in Pennell, so will I. With a little more playing time each game, Pennell could develop into a good Nose Tackle . 👍
