All success/failure begins in the trenches. I "Ponder" whether the Packers can ford the Vikings and avoid a "Bridgewater" collapse. There is a time and a place don the Leather and "Lacy", and Ha Ha, this could be it. If the Defence does not get another bloody "Nose Tackle" and gets their feet out of the "Clay", victory might be possible. [vikes]

The Vikings are another team that can run the ball but also could easily throw interceptions.

The Vikings D may not be as bad as the Bears, but we got them at home.

41-20 Packers if McCarthy has the good sense to play "pass first" to set up the run - a lot closer game if they persist in the "run first" crap.

The Vikings Defence was assembled around A.Peterson. I don't see them throwing a lot of passes. I do expect a lot of runs up the middle though and long time grinding drives. The Packers Offense will keep them in the game, but Mason Crosby's foot will decide the contest .

    Packers - 31

    Vikings - 28

Four more T.D.s for Aaron. 3 will be to Cobb.

I think Lacy gets back on track against the Vikings D, but (assuming Bridgewater plays) I think the Vikings O has a little more balance now nd should score some. Pack 38-24

What to the Queens rank against the run? Be nice to see Lacy get on track. Pennell and the boys will get another shot to get it together before shit gets serious.

Considering our pass rush isn't anything special, the fact that our pass defense is ranked so high speaks volumes of the talent we have at DB. Would love more from our front 7.

I don't think this week will be a problem. For the first time all season, I'm predicting an easy victory.

The game I expect them to fall down is the *next* game. You'd think it would be opposite -- short week, not ready; long week, ready; but I really think they're going to struggle both agains the Dolphins and later against the Bears after the bye. I wouldn't be surprised if those games are two of their worst all year.

But not this one. This one will be over by the end of the third period, and Matt Flynn will see his first reg season action of the year when Rodgers is given a rest in the fourth.

    Packers 38
    Minnesota 17

And maybe an even bigger margin if Bridgewater doesn't play.

dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
