Loving the Packers while disgusted with the NFL

I grew up a Packers fan. After all, my childhood home was only a ten minute drive from Lambeau Field. To this day if the wind blows right on a Sunday afternoon, you can still hear some of the sounds from from the stadium. I love football. Always have. As a young girl I loved

Disgusted with the NFL because the arrest rate for domestic violence and all crimes is lower than in society in general.

Disgusting that it's becoming an all-scoring gimmick, with rules being passed against playing defense and the running game is obsolete.

Disgusting that the commissioner panders to politically correct moneyed interests.

These self-entitled bastards are capable of anything. They have been coddled since high school. A world talent stands out, hence all the adulation. You can't give them a complete pass on anything and everything then hold them accountable at the end. These are highly dysfunctional individuals. It's ultimately each individual's fault, but know fan zealotry played a role throughout the process that got that guy to be the ultimate prick. You think about that when you cheer in those college games.
