I'd like to call out Brad Jones he was a disaster, 1 failed int and 2 drive reviving penalties. If that guys starting next week I'm calling for Capers' head.

There's some talent on the Packers defense, even if there are some weaknesses.

I think this game will give our coaches a lot of information on who belongs out on that field and who doesn't. We actually played pretty vanilla tonight; a surprise to me, but probably not done on accident. It looked like everybody went one on one and this is what happened. The interesting thing now will be which way do the Packers go on offense and defense. The evolution of a team doesn't end in the pre-season; it continues until the end of the season.

Seattle is more set than we are. There is no doubt about that. Great drafting and a great quarterback on a rookie salary will help with that. Now on our end, with the information gathered from this game, I believe it will be very obvious to see who is pulling their weight and who is not. This was the hardest test for a football team to pass this week and we failed. How do we respond? How do we improve? We have 15 weeks.

Yeah, Brad Jones blew it. Not only did he play badly he had some boneheaded mistakes that completely changed the game. Even with everything that went wrong it's still a different game without those penalties. The missed INT doesn't bother me because it looked like he bobbled it then had to try and secure it against his helmet then the TE made a good play.

One guy I thought who looked pretty good when out there was Boyd. I see no reason why Boyd should see less snaps than Guion again. I thought Boyd was going to be Raji's main back up when he first went down, especially since Guion hasn't even practiced all offseason. I don't understand what Capers was thinking there playing Guion so much right now when Boyd looks like a better player.

I truly am wondering what the hell was going on when Guion was tabbed as starter for this game. Guy didn't play until the last preseason game, missed a lot of the offseason stuff with an injury and he's declared starter for this game!? Why? I can only guess that it's because he's a vet and has more experience than Boyd.
