Not reeling in Randy Moss and letting him put up historic numbers with Brady in New England.

Ted Thompson sits on his hands per former GM: "because they’ve had 25 fricking years of great quarterbacks. Of course it works. Try it without a special quarterback."

I don't count someone who suffers an injury to be a bust so I am not sure if it counts (Harrel) as do-over. I also wouldn't count Moss because his terrible character was well known at the time and it's why most teams passed on him (the same was true of Warren Sapp),

I also find it hard to call a do-over for something unexpected liker a Sherman turning out to be so good...after all most of the draft went by without anyone drafting him.

I would say letting Rivera and Wahle both walk would be mine.

I don't think you should include things NOT done. In fact, I probably wouldn't include draft choices at all.

So eliminating all that stuff, the Brad Jones signing stands out to me as a colossal blunder. It seemed that way at the time, and he has done little or nothing to change that perception.

I'd take Kellen Moore over BJ Coleman.

I find it funny to second guess a GM that has 60 out of 90 training camp players end up on on someones active roster last year.

It is kind of like vivisecting a gift horse.
