Earlier this month, reports out of Green Bay indicated that the Packers are interested in extending coach Mike McCarthy's contract before it expires after the 2015 season. It was less clear whether they wanted to do the same with General Manager Ted Thompson's deal, which ends after the 2016 draft. Thompson is 61 and there's been some...
