Actually, we've got just Raji and Boyd at the 1 tech. Maybe Guion, but I'm with you mi_keys that he is more of a 3 tech. The rest are 3s and some could easily be 5s.

I've been thinking this whole time that if Ted doesn't find a true NT in the draft that he would dial up Pickett, who could easily rotate with Raji as a 1.

Sooner or later this coaching staff will learn to not try to move everyone around.. let a player settle in and learn a position. After they master that.. then move them around if needed. There are players that can handle the nomad life.. and there are ones that cannot.

I get it at the high school and college level.. to tinker with players positions to see what they excel at.. and what they can handle.. but at this level and as specialized as the game has become.. leverage guys known strengths.. and fit in the nomad players to build a depth chart.
