this list has been changed. I thought you did have two TE on it at one time. Perhaps I was skim reading and saw the 2 for RB and WR. The list also added up to 10 for the min. It is now 9.
Roster Requirements ( MIN / MAX )
QB - 1 / 2
RB - 2 / 4
WR - 2 / 4
TE - 1 / 3
K - 1 / 2
TM - 1 / 2
LB - 1 / 2

What are you talking about with 2 TE? The minimum is 1 TE and you can start more than one if you wanted.
