What kind of influence has Aaron had on you?

“It was huge because he doesn’t have to go out of his way to help me and you go in not expecting that, and yet he went out of his way time and time again to help me out. What says a lot about him is I never feel bad about asking a question. Some guys you feel hesitant to ask because you don’t want to be that guy slowing down the flow of meetings, but he welcomes that opportunity to help you out. It just says a lot about who he is as a person when the cameras aren’t around.”
