I agree Favre probably has nothing to do with it but having his toughness questioned may have. He wants to play and he wants the fans to know he wants to play and he wants them to know it is the organizations decision not to let him.

This doesn't have anything to do with Favre or machismo or anything like that, it has everything to do with WINNING -which it strongly seems that God damned GM does not care nearly enough about.
Thanks to luck and effort by players on this undermanned team, we still have a chance on the last day of the season. Is God damned Thompson gonna blow that opportunity? I hope not.
