Of all Tackles who have played at least 25% of their teams offensive snaps, the Packers tackles rank ...

57th RT Don Barclay
68th LT David Bakhtiari

Lets drop the whole notion that the current tackles are doing an okay job, they are not.

Keep in mind 1 is a rookie 4th rounder and the other went undrafted last year. At least 1 of these guys should have been a back up this year but they were both forced to start. Both our G and C are playing well at least. Had Bulaga not gotten hurt the line as a whole would have probably been really good. I think pretty much everyone had ranked Bulaga as a top 3 most important player on the team for this year before he got hurt.

I think next year will be better, but who knows how long that will last until the injuries start occurring again. Regardless, I'm fairly confident that Bulaga >>> Barclay. Adding a healthy Bulaga in at RT would make a big difference, imo. Add to that a little improvement to Bacteria, and the line as a whole should be decent.

Defenses are able to pass rush more with Rodgers out, daring our backups to beat their secondary's. Combined with more moving around because of Oline injuries. When the starters are getting all the snaps together without pieces missing and moving around they tend to do better.

I would like to see neither of them starting at T next year also. We need more meat in the trenches to really make the run game go.

It ain't just with Rodgers gone, as he had to run for his life virtually every pass play. The running game isn't much better. Whenever there is no deception involved, just line up and run it, there are no holes.

It's gonna be a great competition in TC next year, not only here but at many positions.

However for the time being, I'd like Mike to help them out a little bit. Call some traps and misdirections, screens and shit like that. Slow them down by making them hesitate, wear them down making them pursue sideline to sideline. Focus on ToP, which I think Mike has been making an effort to do.

wpr (26-Jun) : 1st world owners/stockholders problems dfosterf.
Martha Careful (25-Jun) : I would have otherwise admirably served
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Also, no more provision for a write-in candidate, so Martha is off the table at least for this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : You do have to interpret the boring fine print, but all stockholders all see he is on the ballot
dfosterf (25-Jun) : It also says he is subject to another ballot in 2028. I recall nothing of this nature with Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy is on my ballot subject to me penciling him in as a no.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : I thought it used to be we voted for the whatever they called the 45, and then they voted for the seven, and then they voted for Mark Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Because I was too lazy to change my address, I haven't voted fot years until this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41° weather last year in Baltimore because he felt “ice cold”
Zero2Cool (24-Jun) : Yawn. Rodgers says he is "pretty sure" this be final season.
Zero2Cool (23-Jun) : PFT claims Packers are having extension talks with Zach Tom, Quay Walker.
Mucky Tundra (20-Jun) : GB-Minnesota 2004 Wild Card game popped up on my YouTube page....UGH
