I have noticed this too. I have mentioned a lot of things through this season, but there is somethong else going on that I can't quite place. From the outside, we can only speculate - but I would have to guess there is frustration between players and coaches.

I too think the way the opening game in SF went has a lot to do with how the season has gone. Not to say that this lone game ruined their year - but I have no doubt it played a part. I know the season isn't over, but things look pretty gloomy at this point.

Personally... I think there are bigger issues than players vs Dom inside the walls of 1265.. I think we are seeing glimpses of it throughout this season...

1. Jennings comments on the Packers organization.
2. Arod vs Mike McCarthy on the sideline of a game.
3. Arod's frustrations in his "medical situation".
4. Comments like this...

The idea of any player doing what this title suggests just sickens me. You gotta have more pride than that and be accountable for yourself.

How many times in this losing streak have we seen missed tackles and blown coverages? Guys getting so open that ANYONE could complete a pass?
THAT is the problem. Guys on the field not doing their jobs.

They need to get back to basics and learn how to tackle. Although at this level, they should know how to do that already.

Anyone listening to pregame?

NO, I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY QUIT IN THIS TEAM. THAT MINNESOTA GAME WAS DISTURBING THOUGH.

Fuck you, pregame bullshitters. Might as well listen to Vic Ketchman.

Also, for what it's worth, I didn't see any quit either.

Man did it feel nice to finally watch a win again.

Can't wait to see Rodgers back out there. Hopefully soon.

I thought for a bunch of coach doubting, scheme blasting quitters they played pretty hard today.

Or was it just me thinking I saw something that really wasn't what was going on.

Oh well, I think I'll leave the thinking something is going on that isn't really going on for the experts in that area.

The defense seems to have one or two horrible looking series everyweek but they're not half bad when the offense isn't horrible, going 3 and out over and over nor turning the ball over setting up the other team to score points.

I've heard a lot of complaining about the defense this year and like I said they have a horrible looking series or two every week, but overall I've thought they've played better than the offense this year.
