Flynn isn't just another signed player. He has YEARS of experience in the offense. I think he can preform better with a week of practice than Tolzien.

This is all new to Tolzien.
This will be a refresher for Flynn.

I think I'd go with split reps briefly and whomever does the most with those reps, move forward with them.
